-Supervised a bunk of 10 campers ages 12-13 for two months, monitoring them during meals and at night, planning and facilitating activities, ensuring healthy social life, and helping make the most out of their summer.-Instilled the camps core values of spirit, tradition, leadership, and brotherhood by always being encouraging and high energy.-Succeeded in getting a 100% camper retention rate in the bunk I was a counselor for.-Facilitated the training of the junior counselor in my bunk to help insure his readiness to be a senior counselor the following summer.
