The articulating arm is controlled using two double acting pulleys in each axis. -

Water And Energy InternAdvancing Engineering Aug 2016 - Sep 2016Phnom Penh, KhWorked with a team of three other interns to meet with and understand the needs of the client, collaborate with professional engineers, and assess and recommend solutions to the client's problems. Our team worked on four projects: 1) A solution to keep pigs of an isolated rural runway. 2) Assessing the community water's level of safety.3) Assessing the current output of community water and the ability to expand on that. 4) Assessing the strength of the foundations of one of the client's houses. My focus was on the third project. To approach this problem I needed to test the flow rate at various points along their system, to price and source components that would be needed to add on the system, and to evaluate the daily needs of the community.
