My duty to fulfill contract obligation between clients and contractors – also to mend the gap between the components that make up a construction project. - Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors - Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory- Meet contractual conditions of performance- Review the work progress on daily basis- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones- Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licences- Analyse, manage and mitigate risks- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques- Kitchen and bathroom remodels, additions, roofing, concrete, excavating, all forms of residential construction

- Build High efficiency particle admitters - Fan filter/Chemical units - Build ECU main control panels- Test FFU units for design velocity and air flow to engineered specs - Familiar with Short-ridge velocity grid instruments (Airflow/CFM)- Inventory/Receiving team leader (Forklift/Reach certified)- Collaborate with mechanical engineers to build electrical schematics for in house units - Clean and wrap units in zero particle conditions- Labeling and shipping metrics (Hazardous materials)

- Install DDC systems, VAV controllers, Thermostats, Control conduit, and Wiring schematics- Low voltage 24V wire pulling and termination experience- On-site Construction experience, safety being paramount- Knowledge of basic hand tools and electric tools- EPA Universal (Type l,ll, and lll) Certification acquired- Maintain communication between lead and dispatch at all time- Starting and finishing an assignment with a strict deadline in mind

My position put me in direct supervision of D26 Plumbing & D25 Hardware in terms of metrics, and associates with productivity and standards of performance. I teamed up with members of management and came up with game plans to develop/train new and existing associates to promote better business for my department and the store. In addition, I had the ability to monitor and adjust inventory from a large scale retail distribution chain that allowed me to manage the product in an efficient manner to promote sales. Leadership and customer service standards, I believe were my biggest take away from the time being.
