• Support the University Controller in managing a staff of 70 employees, advise on human resource decisions

• Managed the team that organized first year associate orientation for over 110 new employees annually
• Evaluated session content and feedback to improve first year associate training
• Coordinated the orientation of all lateral Associates and Technical Advisors for ten offices globally
• Managed the voluntary departure process for Associates, Technical Advisors and Counsel
• Coordinated the involuntary departure process and drafted separation agreements
• Maintained the firm’s bar admission database to ensure all attorneys were in compliance

• Co-managed a complex of 550 students and oversaw its daily operations
• Co-supervised a staff of 12 Resident Assistants and 14 Receptionists
• Advised a Hall Government of 8 executive members
• Oversaw a Hall Government budget of $6500
• Implemented a new programming model, oversaw and assisted with large scale programming initiatives
