Within Softcat, my role involves advising customers of the best networking and security solutions, from hardware or software acquisition and implementation, to construction, all the way through to installation and ongoing remote management. With 4 years experience in the IT field, you can be certain we will find you the best bespoke complete solution to ensure your business goes from strength to strength.

My responsibilities ranged from managing the IT department, training new staff, and covering both the office supplies and copy and print centre department. Not only that but I was pivotal in many major stock takes and in June 2015 was recognised as Number 1 Sales Associate in the UK for warranty care covers.

After completing my 24 month apprenticeship in a record 14 month, my responsibilities ranged from unit counts and stock management, training development and mentoring, and obviously servicing maintaining and appraising customer vehicles.
