• Coordinate documents from the Borrower to move the loan from pre-approval to closing• Maintain strong positive borrower/lender relationships• Maintain organized underwriting files for each new loan• Analyze financial data, including operating statements and rent rolls, into the underwriting sizing using Microsoft Excel• Conduct screenings of properties, market areas, management companies, and sponsorship• Assist with property inspections by assessing the overall quality of the tenants, management, and property• Order and review Appraisal Reports, Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Reports, Property Condition Assessment Reports, and High Performance Building Modules• Draft Underwriting Certificates for Borrowers, Key Principals, and Guarantors• Draft narratives for Final Loan Committee that summarize detailed market analysis, third party report findings, property specifics, and loan terms• Work closely with other departments (Origination, Processing, and Closing) to ensure a timely closing• Use credit, capacity and collateral to determine the risk of a borrower defaulting on their mortgage loan

Responsible for cleaning, preparing food, serving lunch/dinner, and sometimes cooking. It is a school year job that I have done throughout my time at UW-Madison and has been a great way to stay busy and work in a fast paced environment. Working for the 65 women that live in the house has provided me with a lot of beneficial experience that can be applied into any sort of job setting.

My responsibilities include working on quotes, applications, billing, claims, policy changes, and being able to answer customer questions via the phone or in the office. Working at American Family has significantly improved my written and oral communication skills through all the work I do with customers. In addition, I am in charge of running the social media platform for the agent I work for which requires weekly postings to Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

In my first few years at North Shore I was responsible for everyday responsibilities of setting members up on cart, washing clubs and carts, taking care of the range, and closing up at the end of the night. After working for a few years I was put in charge of 15-20 bag room employees and began working in the pro-shop where I oversaw that the duties were being done by co-workers.
