Responsible for Powell Industries North Canton divisional IT operations supporting over 200 users with 100+ endpoints, multiple servers, switches, access points, and a 90 port Toshiba PBX. Managed site's day-to-day operations such as data backups, software installations and upgrades, hardware deployments, SOX auditing as well as support for other divisions both domestic and international.

Maintained contact with companies and representatives on new principals carried and our current product line specializing in VMEs for niche markets, industrial automation, physics communities and military applications. Updated company inventories of carried equipment, specialty parts and custom components.
