As a field coordinator at the Humber Cultural Hub I was responsible for directing the construction of substructure and superstructure. The foundation consisted of shotcrete walls and caissons, and the superstructure was made of conventional CIP concrete followed with encapsulated mass timber construction.

As a field coordinator I assisted the $738 million CIBC Square base-build with achieving occupancy through the finishing phase. The areas under my responsibility were the Bay East Teamway below the GO train station and floors 50 to 56. With my lead in the noted areas the base-building achieved occupancy followed by complete handover.
