Responsibilities – Operational implementation of a LLP Control Tower solution across several European manufacturing plants for a global Key Account in the Retail sector - (2 year project).Experience – Design, document and manage the implementation of IT solutions and operational processes, to support a European roll out of a Control Tower solution across 6 manufacturing plants. Working against constant deadlines and an extensive business travel agenda to safeguard implementation timelines and develop a strong customer relationship.

Responsibilities – Planning and follow up of International Road & Air transport for Global automotive key accounts. Follow up & customer service through - Customer, Carrier & supplier management activities. Experience - Customer Service and follow up, operational experience in planning and truck fill optimization, Supplier and inventory management, operational reporting and KPI analysis.
