Consulting with clients to determine requirements and preparing information regarding specifications, estimated costs, risk assessment, and schedule. Conducting meetings with various stakeholders to monitor the project status, track progress against deadlines, and drive activity. Responsible for managing financial budgeting, program communication, building project reports and project documentation. Responsible for negotiating and administering contracts. Obtaining necessary permits and licensing. Leading the team to meet milestones. Managing vendor relationships and selection, progress, and invoicing of sub-contractors. Responsible for post-project client feedback, close-out documents, and final invoicing.

Responsible for overseeing all daily site activities including scheduling, planning, implementation, reporting, budgeting, and quality control. Managing and coordinating resources to ensure milestones are met. Effectively communicate and coordinate with clients, project managers, contractors, and the design team. Conducting daily quality control inspections on site to ensure progress is in line with project expectations. Interpreting and analyzing specific details pertaining to the plans and specifications of the project. Responsible for ordering and managing vendor deliveries as well as the daily reporting/attendance of contractors. Coordinating special inspections, daily safety meetings, security, and clean-up. Assisting with the proposal of alternate methods to the client if needed. Responsible for organized, concise, and accurate record keeping of project installations, activities, time reporting, and adjustments.
