I specialize in professional staffing through Aerotek Commercial® LLC, a subsidiary of Aerotek® Inc. I provide all levels of personnel in many sectors with a focus on the Manufacturing, Production, Distribution, and Job shop industries. I worked as a sales intern that provided inside and outside sales support while simultaneously completing multiple projects. My sales support included pricing and quoting jobs using SAP software and managing sales, opportunities and trend line reports on Salesforce.com. One of my projects was to discover flaws in customer service and recommend changes that could be implemented. As a result, I designed a customer service response survey and distributed among recent customers. Then, I was able to analyze the results and make proper recommendations. I was also in charge of developing and implementing new hiring processes for the inside sales and operations teams. My efforts were successful and led to multiple new hires.

I worked diligently as a sales intern assisting with the sale and servicing of HVAC equiptment. I was responsible for going on sales calls to customers in the commercial, medical, industrial and manufacturing industries. My inside sales support inculded pricing and quoting jobs for customers following sales calls. I was resposible for pricing and quoting systems and parts that ranged from $5,000-$50,000.
