Worked with manufacturing engineers to restart Pratt and Whitney 4000 compressor stator repairs by analyzing in house documentation along with PW engine and standard practice manuals. Analyzed manpower, methods, documentation, equipment and materials and discovered a lack of fixturing required to perform all the necessary repairs. Made edits to router documentation necessary to restart the program. Gained various skills such as CMM usage and exposure to wire EDM use. Acquired knowledge of commercial aviation engine and standard practice manuals, repair and analysis processes, and recieved exposure to PT6 and military TF33 engine type compressor sections.

Worked in a lab in the chemistry department to design, run and analyze the results of a study focusing on adsorption of congo red dye onto carbon nanotubes.
