As a Branch Operations Manager over the past 2 years, I've successfully managed 2 branches, one of which was honored as Rookie Branch of 2021. My primary focus has been developing my team members into leaders in their own right, and I've been fortunate enough to witness the positive results of my efforts.Prior to graduating with a degree in Business Administration from Utah State University, I completed internships with Schreiber and a local grocery store. These experiences highlighted the importance of collecting and analyzing data to inform decision-making. I worked alongside my teams to recommend changes that greatly impacted their businesses, which were subsequently implemented.My focus on developing my team members to operate autonomously without always seeking my input has reinforced my belief in the importance of cultivating individuals' talents, whether or not they choose to stay with the organization long-term. I am committed to looking at the bigger picture to ensure success for the team and the business as a whole.
