• Project engineering management for Supply and Installation of Medium and Low Voltage Lines, Distribution Transformers and Connection of Customers in Un-electrified Rural Areas in Morogoro and Lindi Region on Turnkey Basis under Turnkey Phase III – Lot 6 and Lot 4 respectively • Work plan, schedule and target set up• Safety measures adherence so as to avoid accidents• Financial management and records keeping• Design stage, Survey, Procurement, Installations, Testing & Commissioning of distribution lines, distribution transformers

1. Design and evaluation of the detailed project drawings during tendering of the projects, materials pricing on the Bill of quantities and Tendering preparation and submission2. Operate computer assisted Engineering and design software including Microsoft Projects and other equipment to Development and Evaluation of Capital project Program for new Projects by estimating project budgets, estimate labors, materials, and construction costs3. Prepare and advise for the required technical specifications for materials to be used for project implementations4. Oversee project construction efforts to ensure projects are completed satisfactorily, on time and within the required Time5. Compile project data and report writing regarding the project progress and implementation6. Direct and coordinate construction , installation support documentation and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications and clients requirement7. Maintain high level of integrity and discipline with strong work ethic8. Design, Installation, operation, troubleshooting and commissioning of HT (11/33kV) substation equipments and LV materials9. Preparation and coordinates constructions, installations and commissioning documentations and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes and design recommendation10. Manage Company Works Projects i.e. involvements in resources Managements, Projects Design, Procurement, site logistics, construction and commissioning
