Key deliverables include:- BMS / Smart Buildings- Energy M&T- Audits- Projects / M&V- Environmental initiatives & education- Building Performance Analytics- ISO 14001 / 50001 system management- Statutory Compliance- Energy & Environmental strategy- Building services specification & lifecycle costing

Responsible for delivering all aspects of technical specification, building services design and performance modelling throughout our UK and Ireland energy business operations.

Management of a team of building services engineering and energy professionals. Responsible for developing carbon reduction strategies for a range of existing and potential clients in the commercial, retail and financial sectors through the application of engineering best practice and technology solutions.

Building systems and fabric performance analysis, design and specification. Specialist in the application of the suite of building performance analysis software.

Design and specification of mechanical building services for commercial buildings, with ownership/management of projects through to system commissioning and handover.
