Shockoe Bottom CrossFit is a small box gym serving downtown and church hill area in Richmond VA. We specilize in leading CrossFit classes to small groups. CrossFit is "High intensity, constantly varried, Functional Movements. First and foremost my position is a coach of Olympic weightlifting and CrossFit. My purpose within this company is to bring athletes through the process of learning and adapting to new skills that will better their fitness such as the snatch and Clean&Jerk

•Yard Laborer: Shovel aggregate & sand that built up under conveyer belts, Jack hammer dried concrete, shovel slurry, load Ice into trucks, operate bobcat and forklift, conduct gradation and moisture tests of aggregate and sand for loading specifications• Dispatch/Batching: Manage drivers, send concrete trucks out to work sites, take customer orders, operate computer system that loads trucks with cement, aggregate, water, and specified additives• Loader/Mechanic: assist in filling the plant’s bins with tons of aggregate and sand so trucks can be loaded with minimal wait time, support mechanic with selected needs in garage work, welding.
