When I first started working at CompostNow I worked onsite cleaning the residential buckets. I was one of only two employees in the Asheville market. I transitioned from working onsite to driving residential route, which I did for four days a week until I started working as a massage therapist. Since I started the Asheville market has more than doubled. I have remained on the payroll while working as a massage therapist to help cover shifts and collect soil. During my annual review, my supervisor Noah said, “I no longer have to worry about the Asheville market like I did last year before we hired you.”I have interviewed numerous prospective hires, including three that we ended up hiring. My supervisor trusts and values my feedback in terms of hiring, and operational adjustments.

I helped Daune transition out of assisted living with rehabilitative care after her stroke by working with her on tasks targeting improved function in speech, activities of daily living, strength, motor control, and overall physical wellbeing.I managed Daune's calendar, and drove her to all appointments and social functions.

As Primary School Teacher for grades 3, 4, and 6, I worked overtime teaching and assessing Oral English using multimedia learning tools and games that I created. I received an Outstanding Foreign Faculty Award for my level of service and cooperative vision.As a Kindergarten Teacher for ages 3 through 5, I developed curriculum complete with games, songs, flash cards, props, physical movement, media, and other activities as learning tools for different learning styles.I stepped into other roles in the campus community, including Leader of the North America Day portion of Sias University's International Culture Week event.

I managed all front desk operations to provide an excellent customer experience. I oversaw the digitalization of all customer records, and improved cash flow by addressing late-payments and delinquent accounts.I trained office staff, communicated policies with customers, and delegated responsibilities to handle a high volume of office visits and phone calls, while keeping up with other time sensitive tasks. I updated the facebook page, and sent criteria based mass emails, and kept an organized and well stocked office.

As an ABA Tutor for Butterfly Effects I was responsible for implementing an individualized learning plan for a client with Autism. I recorded and collected data on the client’s progress and suggested changes to the program when necessary.

I supervised children between the ages of 1 and 6. I followed their daily schedule and made sure that all of their needs were met.
