I am currently a mechanical engineering student working on my Bachelors and Masters degrees at Illinois Institute of Technology. My focus is in mechanics of solids with some background in manufacturing processes. I make the effort to be as well rounded as I can be in terms of all tasks that need to be done in the product design and manufacturing process. I pride myself on a fast turnaround time for 3D models and prints so I can spend less time sitting at the computer and more time communicating with the rest of team to keep the project rolling. I’ve been attending art classes since I was a kid, and I use this experience throughout my engineering career. Art is all about being able to clearly show your ideas to a wide audience. This concept, along with my experience in hand drafting allows me to be able to clearly demonstrate my design intentions. My goal is to keep applying, and building the skills I have developed so far with a career in design engineering.
