Federal Law Enforcement Officer
Current•Sworn Police Officer.•Provide advanced law enforcement protection services to Federal Reserve Bank facilities, whether owned or leased. •Respond to police, fire, and medical incidents in and adjacent to their assigned facilities to protect life, render aid or assist other law enforcement. Assist in operating a 24/7 emergency communications (command) center. •Authorized to conduct investigations involving Federal Reserve regulations, but assist with local, state, and federal investigations into criminal matters that affect the Federal Reserve. •Other duties include firearms training, background investigations, executive protection, and special rescue training.•Field Training Officer: Create and maintain a professional and constructive atmosphere for daily "on the job" training for entry level officers. Train, document and evaluate student officers that are under their direction in addition to work closely with the FTO Administrative Lieutenant in this program.
