In my current role as a National Talent Acquisition Specialist I am responsible for supporting markets across the United States with the primary objective of conducting 20-30 interviews per week to fulfill hiring goals. Responsibilities include reviewing applications for challenging-to-fill clinical and professional roles, sourcing candidates from platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and HireEz, and creating strategic lead lists for various positions. Additionally, establishing connections with high schools and universities to cultivate candidate pipelines and providing training on various recruiting tasks. The expected number of hires in each area is 4-5 per week, and oversee five different hiring regions, encompassing both clinical and corporate positions. Also contributing to the implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for the company.

In my time as an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner I played a pivotal role in supporting all markets throughout the United States, with the overarching hiring goal of 15-30 hires each month and conducting 100-120 interviews monthly. I strived to achieve 25-40 interviews weekly and was responsible for reviewing applications for electrical and systems roles, as well as office professional positions. I sourced candidates from platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn, while also actively participating in recruiting functions such as Career Fairs and High School Presentations. Additionally, I contributed to the reconstruction of the High School Job Shadow Program.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, the primary role involved supporting all markets across the United States. This encompasses various tasks such as processing new hires, ensuring they are prepared for their first day, processing terminations, including conducting exit interviews and collecting IT equipment. The role also involves creating orientation meetings for new hires, offering assistance with any questions they may have, updating and adding information within the WorkDay System, and developing templates for various purposes, including terminations, new hires, and other team needs.
