Worked on desktop support and server support. Did AD support for users and fixed problems with Ovpn as they occurred on the AD. Created documents and the necessary scans and proofs needed for PCI audits. Managed and pushed the furtherment of our proprietary software on the Glory redemption machines. Worked on and fixed issues with cloud networking whether it was on velocloud systems or cradlepoint. Used data recovery tools and methodologies to pull deleted outlook files and was able to piece together deleted data. Created the IP scheme and plug and play set up for rajents breadcrumbs. Tested various network equipment's. Was able to install ring camera networks throughout the building from powertools to create the area the ring will reside to making sure all ring cameras were hitting the same profile to give a full and continuous feed. Oversaw the AWS servers attacks and logged repeated high risk attacks on monday. Used my experience in tech to help wherever needed.

Integrated POS systems with platforms we worked with. Set up and shipped stand alone credit card terminals, helped on call service for customers who had tech problems and moved to resolve them as quickly as possible.

Learned server and desktop function, understood what is expected of me as a field tech. Learned how to cable and create semi complex home networks. Learned how to secure PCs and hardware swaps.

Temp job- learned more about tcp-ip, things about networking you wouldn’t necessarily grasp in a n+ class. Learned how to sniff ips on a network and basic intrusion detection we used to remotely install firmware on printers that were networked on the clients systems and in different subnets, and how to locate these devices when the client has forgotten their ip scheme
