Project and portfolio management:- Manage overall portfolio and projects for raw material changes for all products/plants considering lowest possible impact on market supply and manufacturing operations while still maintaining highest possible efficiency in change implementation- Lead cross-divisional or cross-functional projects with a broad scope: Identify and engage necessary resources. Identify barriers and recommend solutions. Develop a project plan and execute to timeline. 6 month contract with following missions:- Guarantee the match between deliveries finished products and customer needs (Time To Market / merchandising plan) for all types of orders (forecasts, firm orders, VIP, OPS, restocking, buffer stock, press ...), from the production until when the goods go into stock at the warehouse- Measure and challenge the load-capacity adequacy of finished product manufacturers (SKU and Global levels) by layering collections- Challenge every week the manufacturers concerning the schedules of deliveries to optimize them- Consolidate production plans and delivery schedules every week of all manufacturers in the SAP system and ensure the reporting Time to Market weekly- Work in conjunction with the materials coordinator to size the pre-purchases of materials and packaging throughout the current season and in advance (next season) and then follow the shipments of materials from manufacturers- Perform order launches (Production, OPS, restocking, VIP ...) in SAP as well as the transmission to manufacturers and obtains confirmation of these orders- Track barcode production tags- Make sure that the necessary packaging elements are available for each order- Check and coordinate price updates in SAP and update costs in orders- Control receptions at the warehouse and tracks manufacturers returns

I was the President of the Student Union 2014-2015 of the Burgundy School of Business.Management of an annual budget of 300k €.With a team of 32 people, I had to organize a number of key events in the life of the business school: Integration Weekend, Integration Gala, Christmas Gala ... but also to ensure the development of partnerships with external companies and represent all the students to all the players inherent in the Burgundy School of Business.This experience enabled me to apply the notions studied during my course, namely Negotiation, Budgeting, Costing, Management, etc ... and allowed me to acquire a different experience than that the school brought me.
