- Conducted QA bench testing and organoleptic evaluations of varied food products- Worked to ensure product and facility safety through allergen testing, storage area inspection, and documentation- Led a large-scale special project to overhaul core components of the company’s inventory management system, collaborating closely with warehouse and production teams to better manage nearly 2,000 ingredients- Helped develop changes to company intake and inventory procedures to fully integrate new inventory management resources into standard operating procedures (SOPs)

A program that allows students within the College of Agriculture to: - Gain unique leadership skills, - Gain valuable experience working in a team environment, - Interact with incoming students and the faculty within the College of Ag, - Develop career skillsWe are resources to the incoming freshman and transfer students as we provide weekly presentations in their FYE (First Year Experience) classes to show them resources that are available within the University as well as provide office hours to allow these students to visit us and ask questions they might have about various topics. We also participate in numerous campus wide activities including orientation, Bronco Fusion, Club Fair, Ice Cream Social, Pumpkin Festival, and Open House.
