A core part of my mission is analyzing data & metrics to set team goals then managing and reporting on achieved performance & business processes & workflow improvements.I have vast international people & project management experience having led & developed IT technical teams in Europe & APAC, coupled with managing financial analysts in Southern Africa (analyzing company financial statements & sell-side equity research).I recieved a 1st class, BSc(Hons) Information Systems & Management through the University of London, Birkbeck. Within the IT technical arena, I am qualified in routing & switching and server & desktop support (CCNA & MSCE qualified). In the financial markets sphere, I am experienced in extracting data from company financial reports & sell-side broker reports and account relationship management for the buy-side.
