Key achievements include spearheading a new business strategy and model, and product re-engineering which is on track to double gross revenue by end of 2022, and building significant operational efficiencies by designing and implementing innovative people, product, supply chain, analytics and digital processes.

Led a team of 18 in Canada and the U.S., innovating and driving forward the company’s customer experience (CX) strategy.
