Consistently exceed sales targets as set out through annual/quarterly budgets by focusing on key targets for growth such as: Surgeons, Anesthesiologists, Managers, Educators, Nurses, and Tech's, across all acute care departments such as DI, OR, ED, Anesthesia, MDRD, Critical Care, Cancer Care, NICU, Ambulatory Care, Cardiology, Biomed, Purchasing/Logistics, Infection Prevention & Control, and more.Current Responsibilities:- Maintain and manage opportunity pipeline - Accountable for building and maintaining long term relationships with key customers in order to develop sales opportunities - Ensure long term maintenance of the business through expert support- Maintain knowledge of competitive practices in order to achieve sales success- Provide feedback and keep in close communication with Sales Management/Marketing around customer needs, sales objections, and competition- Leverage relationships with KOL's and hospital executives to colloborate on numerous projects such as hospital-wide product implementations- Analyze current sales data to identify gaps in portfolio (GAP Analysis)- Develop financial analysis for clientele to illustrate ROI's, cost-savings, and additional value propositions- Manage a diverse portfolio of acute care medical devices and solutions- Perform product in-servicing, demos, education, for end users and biomed technologists- Travel to accounts on a daily basis to remain updated on their needs and projects- Gather information on customer needs, close sales & forecast future requirements- Participate in various marketing related activities as needed to support sales activities and business development activities- Use company CRM to organize, manage, and track all sales opportunities - Problem solve and own customer issues, while ensuring all parties and team members are kept informed of relevant information and resolution, in order to enhance customer loyalty and revenue generation
