Project leader for construction and assembly of underwater sets which were used in high school submarine robotics competition. Constructed database of over 700 spare parts used on Harro machines in order to establish relationships with local distributors of those parts and successfully reduced lead times from 6 weeks down to several days, saving millions in costs. Far exceeded original goal of 200 parts to be included in this database and helped to kick start a new service strategy for improving customer requests. Lead weekly meetings to update managers on progress as well as continuously update or improve processes.Traveled to client sites with lead engineers to examine malfunctioning machinery and provide feedback on ways to improve efficiency of Harro machines. Also spent time with engineering team in Germany learning how the machines are built.
