Along with my business partner, Peter Robertson, we set up and led a Summer English Teaching Programme at Lui Ming Choi Primary School in Hong Kong. The students ranged from 5 - 11 years old.The course firstly involved marketing the programme to the parents, which consisted of sending out promotional material including leaflets, in addition to giving demonstrations of the progamme and a presentation to prospective participants.Constant liasing with parents consisting of telephone, email and face to face meetings on the students progress, schedules, payment, problems and queries.Over 200 students have enrolled on the programme over the last 3 years consistinmg of beginners through to advanced students.

1. Arranging tours and schedules and undertaking the showings of our product portfolio to potential tenants/buyers, which includes both residential apartments and commercial spaces. 2. Speaking to clients on the phone in regards to setting up appointments to show them our apartments. Answering questions clients have on our apartments. Professional communication with broker and clients, enabling Buchbinder and Warren to maintain the highly valued service and reputation they are known for. Dealing with emails daily, including replying to queries from other brokers on apartments and spaces we have. 3. Regularly attended real estate and general networking events to spread Buchbinder and Warren's name and attract new business. 4. Creating marketing materials for vacant rental and commercial properties, including measuring the apartments, taking photographs, and displaying its best characteristics. Assembling pitch packages for when a broker is marketing their services and what they can do for a client. Sending out advertising materials to interested parties through a mailer system sent out first class. Liaising with the administrative assistant on updating marketing materials for apartments, including new listings, price modifications and so forth. Adjustments made on our website, the New York Times website and newspaper; and an online database for the real estate industry. 5. Using the Manhattan Real Estate database to look at sales histories and current market analysis (CMA) of apartments across the borough. 6. Researching potential clients and speaking to the main decision maker of a business, who may be interested in one of our commercial spaces for expansion purposes.
