I recently started working with our Web Chat Team within our Customer Application Support department. While with the Web Chat Team I speak to both financial advisors and customers to ensure their life insurance applications move forward smoothly.

After starting with only face to face they eventually started building a well respected and highly efficient tele-fundraising team. I was lucky enough to be part of the team that helped grown the Auckland office.I led a small team of fundraisers on various charities. I would carry out daily catch ups, coaching and huddles with my team to ensure that targets are hit. I had to work closely with other team leaders and the call centre manager, we would carry out meetings every morning to discuss our aims for the day and share ideas. On a personal level I managed to raise over $650,000 for multiple charities through my own calls.

Facts International is one of the UK's leading market research companies and is part of Chime Communications Limited.As a team leader in their Ashford based call centre I was managing a team of 40-50 interviewers. I would ensure my team stayed productive while adhering to the MRS code of conduct and our own in-house quality targets.As part of my role I would help with recruitment by running interviews, telephone tests and attending recruitment fares.
