Marketing, collaboration, events, design, coordination Space Troopers is an incubator NFT project of the NFT people. Created on the Cardano Blockchain, this project supports mental health charities and offers its holders a battle royale style game (developed in-house) and passive income. From strategic planning with the lore (storyline) to mechanics to the community management (3000 discord users), I have created and executed the project - minting on 27th / 28th of August. Highlights include the creation of the Cardano Gaming Festival - an cross project event for engagement and showcasing all current Cardano NFT ranges.

At the NFT people, I run incubator projects (such as https://spacetroopers.org/) as well as community management, consultancy to charities and corporate clients.Along side incubator proijects, we are also creating educational content around NFTs, teaching people community management and growth which we hope will help to grow the Cardano NFT community, improve inclusivity and open the space to more people and businesses.The NFT people is a specialist consultancy for the Cardano blockchain.

Assessing and treating acute and chronic mental health conditions.I work as a mental health nurse involved in community assessment of those with mental health problems. My team receives referrals from a variety of sources, I triage these referrals and assess those that require support or treatment. This calls for highly developed verbal and written communication skills, I have received training in various forms of communication and communication styles over many years, and I feel this has been invaluable in my more recent endeavours of developing communities and engaging and connecting with people. In addition to these roles, I am involved in audit and data analysis for my team to improve efficiency and ensure targets are met. Since the success of The NFT people and in particular the Space Troopers project, I have been able to reduce my hours working in Mental Health to focus on my web3 business.

Creation and marketing of a football gaming app on the iOS platform.Combining my love of football and tech I taught myself iOS development and designed and created 2 football manager games for the iPhone and iPad. Football Management RPG was very well received by critics and users and was named in the Top 10 football apps at the time, featured in respected multi-national football magazine ‘Four-Four-Two’. I managed the marketing and press myself and built a community of users to promote and sell the software.
