I have around 16 years of experience in the area of Production and Materials Planning with great experience in practically all related activities, especially in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industry. Experience since the operational activities as opening and closing of production orders, production sequencing and explosion of material requirements (MRP) until a broader management, focusing on: analysis of manufacturing capacity, demand planning with the use of statistical tools, developing and acting in the S&OP process, ERP systems implementation, structuring the Planning department, creation of procedures inherent to the area, production planning in / from third parties, general inventory, cyclical counting, sizing and inventory management, among others. In addition to specific academic background in the area, I also have good knowledge in Power BI, advanced knowledge in Excel, VBA, intermediate Spanish and advanced English as well as great experience in integrated systems (SAP, BPCS, Microsiga), Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification and postgraduate studies in the area of SCM (attending). It is also important to highlight my experience with the implementation of APS (twice) and experience with managing teams allocated in different sites. I also cannot fail to mention that my wife has dual citizenship (Brazilian and Italian) and for that reason, I am preparing to apply for Italian citizenship by marriage.
