CLTR LAB is a women-owned marketing team working to create diverse, inclusive, authentic, and innovative branded movements. In my role as Project Manager, I work closely with our founder to ensure successful execution of our marketing campaigns and projects. Assisting with brainstorming, communication, project plans, timeliness, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. With an emphasis on short-form social media content marketing & branded experiences.

In my role as Content Specialist at Meta, I have been tasked with working to improve the Reels experience on Instagram & Facebook. Through analyzing timely trends & topics to feature within Meta, and researching what our competitors are highlighting. I have been working to get more creators using Reels and improve the timelines of trends on Reels to improve user experience for everyone.

The Junk and Disorderly Girls is an e-commerce startup that gives a new life to vintage goods all while decreasing our carbon footprint and helping women in need. What sets us apart is our crowdsourcing component. All proceeds go to women in need as a way to help get them off their feet during a difficult time. The organization provides training for these women to learn technical knowledge and skills to launch a picker business on Etsy to support themselves. In my role, I have helped create social media marketing strategies for the company, as well as organize and produce various pop-up events.

In this role, I am a part of the Content Programming team; assisting in guiding in-app strategy and supporting the team across a variety of creative and operational projects. My main focus has been managing and overseeing the promotions around all of our programmed livestreams as well as sourcing high-quality user-generated content for marketing campaigns and other projects.

Post graduation I created my own social media marketing freelance business. I specialized in TikTok marketing, coaching, and short-form content creation and strategy. Through my success building followings for my clients and brands I was able to get a full-time role at TikTok.My first client was Head Choice Inc., an eco-friendly bag and accessory company, where I was tasked to manage their TikTok account fully myself, building the account from 1,000 followers to over 50,000. From there I worked with a variety of beauty brands, musicians, and tech brands.

Society ROW is a creative fashion agency focused on supporting inclusive and diverse brands by working with them to produce marketing content from creative photoshoots to digital marketing materials. I was responsible for social media planning, graphic design, and brand research to name a few.

As the Corporate Events Intern, my main project was the planning and execution of Sephora’s largest conference in Las Vegas the Sephora Leadership conference. I also supported various onsite engagement events at the Sephora Conference center such as— pop-up brand events, speaker events, celebration events and community support events. I also helped with data management and analytics as well as managing supplies and outsourcing of materials for the programs.

As a Program Assistant, I worked with all of the Program Managers to support all areas of the summer programs in a variety of administrative and operational tasks, while also providing general support for program staff. Executive Education runs one and two week residential educational programs for senior executives from around the world to enhance their leadership and innovation skills.

The Kiki’s Candy Girls is a “fun foods” catering and event production company specializing in candy, chocolate, and dessert tables that will sweeten any social or corporate event. Our team creates everything from our whimsical styled candy and dessert bars to our wildly popular edible décor. We service clients in the Silicon Valley, and even provide nationwide service and offer catering services for all events such as: Bat/Bar Mitzvahs, Weddings, Milestone Birthday Parties, Baby Showers, Corporate Events/Meetings, Trade Shows, Fundraisers and Product Launches. We cater to groups of all sizes up to large groups of 400+ guests.
