- Redesigned the student startup program and curriculum with the CoICT Doctors and our strategic partner STARTHUB AFRICA.- Co-designed and executed SmartGirls In ICT program in partnership with UNICEF, Y4C, and TCRA in 10 secondary schools impacting 1500+ girls.- Co-designed a whole new complete program for upskilling tech talent in our hub to meet the relevant needs of the competitive job market.- Facilitated and oversaw a Fintech program in collaboration with CRDB Bank aimed at producing tech talent and fintech startups impacting 120 students.- Secured 350 DataCamp scholarships worth $105,000 USD for students 16 years of age and above and undergraduates in promoting relevant data science skills in the ecosystem and being job market ready.- Achieved securing strategic partnerships with StartHub Africa, CRDB Bank, and UNICEF and championed partnering with PLP Africa and IMPERIAL Innovations.- Supervised and coordinated the SDGs International hackathon by HackJunction, Aalto Ventures, and Aalto University from Finland at our College Campus in partnership with TIGO and Data Lab Tanzania.- Increased student engagement in decision-making on matters concerning the hub from 50% to 75%, which includes participation in hackathons, expert sessions, workshops, and volunteering in TECH Conferences and Exhibitions.
