• Produced the Master Plan for Forward Operating Base (FOB) Salerno; Included performing full inventory of base facilities, coordinating with military and civilian work-force to indentify future vision of the base, developed complete set of plans/documents planning the future growth of base and specifically identifying land use and future construction on 140-acre tract of land known as Northern Expansion. Master Plan conforms to Army and Air Force policies, laws, regulations and requirements. • Master plan of FOB Salerno was the first detailed Master Plan completed under the contract of IAP with Air Force Unit 577th Expeditionary Prime BEEF Squadron and will be used as template for Master Planning other bases in Afghanistan.• Performed as part of a team in developing the Master Plan for Bagram Air Field. The Master Plan provides the path forward for post-engagement activities while meeting stated goals and objectives as established by CENTCOM.• As lead Master Planner for FOB Salerno, and member of Bagram Master Planning team, a major part of the planning process included working with USACE developing future sites for FY 2009-2012 MILCON projects.

· Engineered/Created construction plans/documents for 10 projects including building additions for elementary schools (3), Wendy’s fast food restaurants (2), retail stores (2), Dunkin’ Donuts fast food restaurant, apartment complex redevelopment and Bethesda retirement community building addition. · Accomplishments included designing site layout and grading, coordination with utility companies, completing permitting process with St. Louis County, MSD, MoDOT and local municipalities. · Hired as full-time, temporary employee, based on heavy then drastically-reduced workload.

· Controlled/Completed 30+ projects, $1 million in engineering fees and $12 million in construction, as part of design team including: residential, public works, commercial and industrial development projects.· Developed plans and oversaw construction of projects including: MSD (4) Waterway Gas and Wash (6), religious churches (2), U.S. Dept of Labor Job Corp Center, Middendorf Meats, etc.· Provided installation plans for $4 million, 5-mile MSD sanitary main; “value engineering” resulted in actual 30% lower than budgeted cost.· Engineered plans/designs including: site layout/grading, sanitary and stormwater sewers and street improvements using AutoCAD v. 2009 and other software programs. · Designed stormwater detention facilities (9) using Pond Pack computer modeling conforming to MSD regulations and approval; performed floodplain studies (4) using HEC-RAS computer modeling requiring FEMA approval. · Designed/received approval of 1st project utilizing 2007 MSD Stormwater Management criteria including conforming to water quality, channel/flood protection standards. · Developed projects conforming to/approved by agencies including: MSD, MoDOT, FEMA, MoDNR, U.S. Army Corp of Engineers and IDOT.
