I'm a hard worker who started in retail as a cart associate and worked my way up to a leadership role. Along the way I learned how to merchandise as well as how to drive a forklift. I got so good at driving the forklift and demonstrating safe operation of the forklift that I became the forklift trainer.I learned how to take care of the backroom and how to unload trucks and file the necessary paperwork. Once I became a lead I learned how to use workday and how to complete some hr related tasks such as recruiting abs setting up interviews. Another vital task I learned is how to make schedules for my team. I've been in charge of the inventory team for the past 2 years and know all about inventory management as well as inventory audits. I've also learned how to perform safety audits and when to lock equipment out. I've been crucial in the development of my team members and can proudly say I've helped 5 of my team members get promoted into leadership roles. Lastly, my relaxed personality and calm demeanor makes it easy for me to get along with everybody and my team loves my laid back leadership style since I treat everyone with respect.
