Alex is a Director within Deloitte’s Consulting (Technology & Transformation - Engineering, AI & Data) practice, experienced in leading large scale transformation programs and operations transformation activities within the banking and payments sectors. He has specific expertise in leading cross-skilled teams in building and implementing digital banking and payments products, including the launch of new retail bank products and supporting payments functionality. Alex has in depth digital banking domain experience, playing leadership roles throughout the transformation lifecycle, including business case development and program establishment, roadmap definition and planning, as well as execution / implementation through to program closure. He is a strong communicator, experienced in engaging with senior leaders (including Executive and C-Suite level), as well as leading and coaching teams. Alex is an avid skier and a keen runner.
