Driving Adobe eLearning blended solutions

My role is to advise, support, train and manage the Adobe Channel . Being in sales, I am target driven and strive for service perfection. Dax Data is a specialized distributor, who's focus is advising and consulting on the correct Adobe license offerings and technology solutions for customers, through the reseller channel teams. Adobe's eLearning solutions include Connect, which is brilliant online presence for meeting rooms, virtual classrooms and webinar rooms, empowering our customers to reach all global staff members seamlessly, securely and effectively. Included in the eLearning solution, is Adobe's Captivate Prime, an award winning LMS.

The software division provides software advisory services which benefit the client not only in terms of Rand value but most importantly, in correct purchasing habits. I was priveladged enough to also sell Cloud Hosted Solutions to end users that didn't want the headache of IT.

As an account manager, my main focus was to ensure that all of my client's I.T requirements were met. Although I have specialized in Adobe software and solutions, I am very familiar with other software like Microsoft, Symantec and hardware products that will benefit my client's environment.I thrive on establishing a strong and honest communication path, ensuring that my client receives the best service from me throughout.

Ran with daily responsibilities ensuring that the sales team was reaching target and performing at optimal rate. I had negotiated with suppliers and vendors on behalf of client's and always received the best deal for each solution. NDAs, partnerships and contracts were part of my responsibilities too which were always clear and precise for each of our clients that came on board.

Organized promotions, launches and events for different brands within all sectors of the market. Training was part of the project ensuring that field ambassadors were knowledgeable and confident in selling and promoting the products to the public. With each campaign, I had to design a full roll out plan, training material as well as the merchandising and clothing styles which were presented to the client for approval before the project could commence. I dealt with a number of suppliers that worked on very tight deadlines with me to ensure the success of the campaign.

Building of departmental and business infrastructure by employing and training new staff members, organizing, designing and sorting of merchandise and signage for brand awareness. Building up the Field Marketers demographics and ensuring that services from the team were up and beyond standard. Worked on projects with the structural infrastructure development teams, Sales team, Marketing team ensuring that MTN was prominent in all areas. Assisted with the signing and training of new dealers and retailers that wanted to sell MTN as well as training and mentoring new users on not only the network, but also the handsets.
