Reporting to Operation and Marketing Director and also BOD, every Day Weekly and Monthly about operation, project, invoice progress, statistics problem and sales monitoring.8. Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.9. Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.10. Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion account managers11. Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities.12. Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.13. Compile lists describing product or service offerings.14. Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and product development managers, to market products and services15. Negotiate contracts with customer to manage contract after sales.

Monitoring, Maintenance and Trouble Shooting System Online for Branch capability - 30 branch online VSAT Net.- 40 branch online DOV/NTU/Leased Line/ Modem/Frame Relay- 70 Hardware Multiplexer (NP – BNP) and 76 ATM include server gateway- 47 Cisco Router, 20 HUB, Cisco Switch, Encrypted, Base Band- VM / VSE (Mainframe) and Front End System to 88 Branch- Monitoring Network Provider ATM Bersama, ALTO, Mobile Recharge, Cirrus, Visa VAP Machine, MasterCard and EDC (Electronic Data Capture)- Monitoring Transaction Cosmos, Card Center and make sure Transaction is not over load.2. Trouble shooting and Solving Problem Application Banking User includes Terminal Session User, Printer Session and Branch Network from Mainframe Console.3. Troubleshooting and Solving Problem Application Banking Image System for Verification Sign Branches.4. Troubleshooting and Solving Problem Front End System Banking.5. Preparation (Sign On) Network and System Online Mainframe, Eximbills and Loan System to all branches.6. Sign Off all Network branches and System Online Mainframe, Eximbills and Loan System if Operational Banking ended.7. Backup Periodic Internal Data Helpdesk Operational8. Registered and record all problems according escalation.9. Transfer knowledge to all operators and create with the team a System Operation Procedure according ISO.10. Responsibilities to create a schedules shift Operator 24 Hours.11. Manage people, Supervision and Rescheduling 6 (six) staff for 24 hours Online.12. Reporting to Head Department and other Division every Day and Monthly about statistics problem and monitoring. 13. Review Helpdesk Operator for Appraisal Performance Mid and End of Year.
