From starting out as a postgraduate junior accountant at Cube Partners, I am now able to put all of the professional skills I have learnt throughout my career to date as the Practice Director. I love being able to focus my energy on ensuring both Cube Partners and the accounting systems of our clients our operating efficiently, be that through introducing new processes, software automation or upskilling existing staff members.I am a strong believer that as accountants and tax advisors, our time is best spent providing a value added service for our client's businesses to reach their potential. A key aspect to achieving this is through the digitalisation of the accounting function, providing our account managers with real time information so that they have all the information needed to provide the high quality advice our clients will be accustomed to. This is very much at the heart of Cube's culture and I am driving our digital movement to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.
