Currently working at Warner Brother Games Carlsbad/San Diego as a Lead Game Designer creating something new.Previously, I have 7 years of experience as a Game Designer on the titles Heroes of the Storm and Godfall where I performed numerous roles including content design, system design, gameplay feature design, and balance.I've worked as part of a fast-paced free to play game that required a constant cadence of content releases, and collaborated with many groups as a content owner to ensure that the entire vision for reworks, gameplay updates, and content releases were met as a team.I tackled the challenges of working on content being added to a living product that needs to be both new and exciting, but also fits into the existing ecosystem of a thriving game.On Heroes of the Storm, I was a member of a large design team and actively lead and contributed to design decisions made by the team as a whole. I was effective at listening and acting on feedback from peers, while also providing constructive and actionable feedback.I've worked on a AAA game that was a professional esport and dealt with the challenges that applies to stability, balance, and a healthy metagame.I've represented a company to the media and public via conference panels, interviews, streaming, social media, and public forums. I've also created my own Youtube content discussing the craft of game development.
