This included working with our outside local counsel to develop litigation strategy, as well as liaising between our outside counsel, claims adjusters, and various in-house stakeholders. Additionally, I advise our claims adjusters on how to navigate extracontractual and coverage issues in their claims, in order to avoid litigation when possible.
