This includes hands-on month-end closing and reconciliations, consolidation and timely delivery of management report, cash flow, monthly VAT in both DK and UK, payroll runs and various bookkeeping tasks related to complex transactions.*Participated in planning and upgrading the ERP system in US subsidiary. *Contributed to the cost-cutting process, including complex solutions such as a merger of two sales-subsidiaries in the US, tax excempt cross-border transfer of all assets from UK company to DK company and physical relocation of the group's European warehouse from UK to DK and underlying business processes.
