The mother company is owned by an equity-fund.*Responsibility for the group's year-end closing and primary key-contact to the external auditor and delivery of audit material. Furthermore preparer of the Annual Report and consolidated accounts according to IFRS and calculation/specification of taxable income, deferred tax and joint taxation as well as assisted with tax returns and transfer pricing documentation.*Leading the local finance department of 3 FTE's and use of external consultants. *Group wide coaching of local finance managers in relation to consolidation, controls, accounting practices etc.*Responsibility for a wide range of operational tasks, due to the smaller size of the danish accounting organisation.
