Molecular design and in vitro characterisation of next-generation vaccines

Based at Prof. George Church's laboratory, I worked on a T-cell engineering project aiming to develop an in vivo screening platform for complex cellular phenotypes.

Under the supervision of Prof. Derek Smith I developed basic programming skills in the Python programming language, and ran simulated data sets to assess the level of accuracy of antigenic maps, which are used to visualise influenza virus evolution.
