My role as a CCS has pushed the bounds of what GM is capable of in a technological environment. With In-Vehicle Technology and Customer Retention being at the forefront of GM's focus, we as a team, have become an integral part of the future of the company. It is my responsibility to paint a picture for forty-six GM stores in the state of the importance that OnStar plays in not only customer retention, but also the customer experience as a whole. I am on the front lines of embracing the cutting edge of technology and sharing my message with the stores I call on. Technology is the future, and GM is realizing what an enormous opportunity it holds.

My responsibilities as an Implementation Specialist included, but were not limited to, process improvement within Manufacturing Firms. Some examples involved expedited forms of inventory management, Standard Operating Procedure implementation, and database functionality. It was my responsibility to implement these systems as a whole in order to make cutting tool locating and future ordering as worry-free as possible. One of the highlights of my role as an Implementation Specialist was creating a 100+ page manual that described and outlined the roles and responsibilities for Implementation to educate future employees who undertook the responsibility. Overall, it was extremely effective in cutting down on the man-hours required to train a new hire - as there was much to be learned.
