About Alex Nowlin

Dr. Nowlin is an Oklahoma native who fell in love with the Northwest during his anesthesiology residency at the University of Washington. There, he developed an interest in pain management, which he pursued during his ACGME-accredited fellowship at the world renowned Cleveland Clinic. There, he studied under nationally recognized leaders in the field of pain medicine.Dr. Nowlin is a board certified Diplomat of the American Board of Anesthesiology (D.ABA) and is board certified In comprehensive pain management. His treatment philosophy emphasizes individualized treatment plans while prioritizing patient safety and quality of life. Outside of patient care, Dr. Nowlin enjoys spending time outdoors while hiking and kayaking, as well as music, cooking and, of course, family time.
