👋 I’m Alex, a recent graduate from the University of Waterloo with a BMath from the Financial Analysis & Risk Management program. During my time there, I gained valuable experience through multiple co-op internships and my role as captain of the men’s varsity tennis team. These roles refined my skills in time management, leadership, market analysis, risk management, and trading strategies.📈 Currently, I am pursuing the CFA designation to further enhance my expertise in investment management, having passed level 2 in May 2024. Alongside the CFA, I’ve developed my investment knowledge further while managing my own investment accounts, utilizing long equities along with equity option strategies to enhance returns. With a strong passion for financial markets, I am eager to leverage my knowledge and experience within a dynamic trading team.I am keen to connect with industry professionals and explore opportunities where I can contribute and continue to grow.
