Attend and carryout all survey inspections as required. Produce clear and precise information on surveys for installations and minor works Produce technical, environmental and tenant focused surveys of a high quality and ensuring accurate drawings, photos and material lists are included. Submit price quotations and estimates within the agreed SOR’s and expected margins as to ensure a profitable results. Produce a price schedule for each job to ensure its profitability and highlight any potential losses in writing with a break down to the Account Manager. Visit each install on first day of installation to ensure Install engineer is fully briefed and provided with correct materials etc. so as to ensure the smooth implementation of works Ensure all electrical works are fully carried out to schedule and fully complete. Assist the scheduler in the planning of works according to work load, job length and target times Liaise with client groups, representatives and stakeholders in relation to installs and minor works. Ensure technical compliance of all works in accordance with current legislation, ACOPS, best practice and client requirements. Visit any jobs for installs or minor works where issues arise in conjunction with the client or engineer as necessary or required .In conjunction with the QI ensure all snagging jobs are resolved within 3 days of identification. Work with the TLO to resolve any complaints. Ensure all installations and minor works are completed within KPI targets including especially target driven works such as voids and project works and extensions requested when required. Maintain a record of all contractor qualifications and renewal dates, insurances and other required documentation to ensure full compliance with both corporate and legal requirements within the shared drive facility. Contribute items to and implementation of tool box talks monthly.
