As a student in the Bachelor of Science program in Aerospace Engineering at Florida Tech, I have a passion for designing, testing, and improving air and space vehicles and systems. I have completed two other degrees in Aeronautical Science/Aviation and Air Traffic Control, gaining a solid foundation in the principles and practices of flight and navigation. I have also developed strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills through my academic projects and coursework, where I have applied systems engineering methods and tools to address complex and multidisciplinary challenges.In addition to my academic pursuits, I have over 10 years of experience in snowsports instruction and supervision. I have worked as a ski instructor and a supervisor at Holiday Valley Resort, where I have created and implemented plans, managed teams, and delivered quality service to customers. I have also honed my leadership, teamwork, and customer service skills as President of my fraternity's chapter, where I have organized events, fundraised, and supported the growth and development of my fellow brothers. I am motivated by the mission of Florida Tech to foster a culture of excellence, discovery, and innovation, and I value the diversity, collaboration, and integrity of the faculty, staff, and students. I am eager to apply my knowledge and skills to the field of aerospace engineering, where I can contribute to the advancement of innovative technologies and solutions that enhance the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of air and space travel.
