•Directly supports the Director of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition Partner, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Sr. Compensation Analyst, Sr. HR Generalist, and the Training Coordinator. •Heavy calendaring and schedule management for HR team- maintaining and managing on a daily basis in Microsoft Outlook.•Coordinate and book all domestic travel and hotel stays for HR team.•Introduces new hires to benefits at orientation and assists with enrollment issues.•Assists full time employees with benefits questions.•Processes expense reports and invoices for the entire HR and administrative department.•Serves as orientation back up for all temp and full time employees. •Manages and coordinates all of the office’s Employee Recognition. •Drafts, edits, and maintains company HR Communications including company newsletters, company home page, and communication emails for events, reminders, raffles.•Manages relationships and communication with vendors for events including vendor set up, payment of invoices and requisitions, supplies for HR Department, and event planning and coordinating.•Manages and maintains employee records on regular basis including active and temp employees, updates, files, and organizes paperwork, and logging of special requirements for managers and Flex Scheduling. •Coordinates special events: March of Dimes, Employee Gala, Employee Recognition events, and all fundraiser communications.•Works on critical PeopleSoft moves for position changes and departmental shifts for Sr. Compensation Analyst.
