As system lead I am responsible for takingengineering designs from concept to manufacture. I am responsible for the fire suppression within a project to convert a heavy industry vehicle from diesel to electric. Fire suppression is comprised of passive and active measures.

I was a contract Project Engineer for the Body Engineering integration team for Jaguar Land rover. Working closely with the Project Architect I ensure the project meets predetermined 'Project Creation and Delivery' gateways. Creator and owner of performance metrics regarding the sourcing of parts, changes to costs, changes to design and CAE.Using data gathered from metrics I inform module leaders and lead engineers of key issues that require attention. Lead Coordinator of the Project for Body Engineering. I gather timing plans from the module leaders and relay them to the project timing architect. Timing plans are implemented in Primavera to track how delays will affect the project and to assess float.

Responsibilities include: - Static/dynamic testing and validation of new powertrain content for petrol and diesel engines. - Management for the departments data logging systems.After a year placement ending in May 2014 I was asked back to work the following Summer from May 2015 to September 2015.

Lead module specialist for the 3 and 4 cylinder Diesel engines, responsibilities include:-Testing and validating the new 3rd generation Mini's powertrain for the pre-series vehicles-Static/dynamic testing -Problem solving and working with development teams to improve and implement solutions for issues-Steering of costumer relevant quality issues -Identifying and solving production related problems-Constantly upgrading my personal engineering vehicle for use of software and hardware integration and validation
